I can almost guarantee that you will love my salsa. Some of the comments I have heard are “It’s epic!” “Legendary!” and “Best salsa ever!” And that would be from actual paying customers, not just my son. He can easily eat two jars a day if I don’t hide them. As a batch only makes four to five jars this does make it difficult to have enough to sell. Although the salsa is processed and therefore shelf stable for 18 months, it will taste like fresh from the garden salsa. I use vine ripened tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeno, onion, garlic, and cilantro in my recipe.
